great location but some comfort issues

The location on Nerudova was excellent for exploring the area. Our queen beautiful room was spacious with a fine painted wooden ceiling. The breakfast options were varied and enjoyable, especially the selection of pastries and bread that I found good.

The heating in the room made it too warm for our comfort.

Delicious breakfast, a lot of meals.

Our room was nicely furnished and family-friendly, had hypo-allergenic pillows. All in all it's exceptionally clean place, has comfy beds and the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly people on reception desk.

The breakfast was good, with fresh pastries and delicious local dishes that exceeded my expectations.

The coded entry system for the room was a bit tricky to operate, making it inconvenient who may struggle with the technology.

It's a charming hotel, i had a room with a great view of the city.

Staff were welcoming and accommodating, room was terrific. checked (czeched?) all our boxes - would absolutely stay here again.

A bit of a hike up the hill from nearest public transport, elderly or disabled people would likely require a taxi. Should be a non-issue for energetic folk.

I enjoyed the opulence of the room and was surprised at how cheap it was. Staff were really helpful allowing breakfast in the room when it should've been downstairs. I was overall really impressed

The location of the hotel was the only real problem. It's located near the castle and any time we went went out we faced a long steep trek up the hill!!

I thought the individual decor and quirkiness was lovely. Location was excellent. Lovely street

the stairs were a bit of a workout, but the room was beautifully decorated, with a baroque style. also, it was surprisingly spacious with a comfortable bed. the location is perfect, right next to charming shops.

only problem was that we were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift

The hotel was in a convenient possition for sight seeing. The room was very nice and well furnished.

the only drawback was it's hillside location.

The stairs were challenging, but the spacious room offered great comfort.

The room was gorgeous and spacious! The bed was extremely comfortable. It was easily within walking distance to Prague Castle, Old Town, Charles Bridge, and many other notable landmarks. Breakfast was good as well.

The hotel was a 45 minute walk from the train station. Granted, we could have gotten another form of transportation, but we planned to only walk so this was a bit far. However, once there, the main things we wanted to do and see were easy to get to from the hotel.

We liked the convenience of its situation and three flights of stairs on top of climbing the hill kept us fit!

We requested a double bed as a condition to our stay and we got two singles which was totally unsatisfactory. Also there was no bath and the shower was very small.The hotel were unable to give us another room. We should have been told this at the time of booking and we would have up graded to get a double bed.
